What is Digital Publishing?

 

PrintFace is a digital publishing and web2print and print2web technology specialist.  We develop and deliver personalised or customised content for businesses requiring solutions to real world problems such as increasing sales or ensuring compliance in communications within a regulated environment.  Often the physical (print) or electronic outputs (web-based content) of the system are only part of the solution – there is a business solution with goals including a return on investment resulting from faster response times, increased sales performance, and lower error rates.

  • PrintFace Web2Print Server – PDF print ready output based on the manual and automated personalisation of templates
  • PrintFace QPrint Server – PDF output based on a user answering a series of prearranged questions regarding a complex subject (e.g. financial services proposal) where the output has to be in a certain format and meet the requirements of a set of compliance rules
  • PrintFace Print2Web Server - PDF, FLASH and image based output (JPEG, GIF, TIFF, EPS etc) produced automatically from the system based on profiled information or another data source, and which can then be used manually or by further electronic processes such as the production of a banner advert
   
 

The solution will generally comprise of a web2print application server, document templates, data from the user’s profile and the business. These come together to form unique and effective business systems focused goals such as engaging customers through personalisation to increase customer loyalty, or ensuring brand security when enabling commercial partners such as franchisees access to marketing materials.
